Case 1 - Severe Crowding And Congenital Missing Upper Left Second Premolar

Age: 30  Gender: F

Treatment Plan: Using Invisalign to push the upper left hand side molar backwards, creating space to put in a dental implant to replace the congenital missing tooth and align the teeth.

Results and Benefits: Teeth are well aligned. Missing tooth was restored by dental implant and the chewing efficiency was increased. The symmetry of the dental arch was restored which is good for protecting the jaw joint from TMJD in the long run.

Case 2 - Server Displaced Front Teeth From Gum Disease

Age: 35  Gender: M

Treatment Plan: Controlled gum disease. Remove difficult impacted lower right wisdom tooth. Use traditional braces to guide flare out upper left front tooth caused by server gum disease back into alignment.  

Results and Benefits: Teeth are well aligned gain and can be easily cleaned which helps to control the gum disease.

Treatment Plan: Patient has severe overbite and underbite. Using Traditional bracket braces with MARA appliances to advance lower jaw.

Results and Benefits: Successfully advanced lower jaw and retracted upper front teeth. Proper overjet and overbite achieved.
